- Heading & Identity: Poster title and presenter name should be prominent at the top.
- Authors & Contact: Include complete co-author names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding email addresses.
- Readability: Visuals, diagrams, and typography should be legible from an viewing distance of approximately 2 metres.
- Audio-Visual Equipment: LOC-provided presentation laptops and digital projectors are available in the main lecture hall.
- Pre-Session Testing: Speakers must test and copy their slide deck to the session computer before their session begins.
- Reporting Time: Please arrive in the hall at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your technical session.
- Timing Discipline: Adhere strictly to the allocated presentation duration to ensure adequate time for Q&A and discussion.
- Professionalism & Respect: Professional, considerate, and respectful conduct is expected of all participants at all times.
- Inclusive Environment: We are committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming scientific forum free of hostility or intimidation.
- Zero Tolerance: Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, intimidation, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
